Employment Conditions

APET Enterprises operates from 7.45am to 3.45pm Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon tea breaks and a half hour break for lunch. You may choose to attend less than five days per week or less than 8 hours per day. This will be agreed between APET Enterprises and yourself and will be stated in your Employment Agreement. This agreement also entitles you to holiday leave and sick leave as set by the employment law.

For your work you will receive a wage agreed following the initial assessment at the interview. Minimum Wage Exemptions approved by the Department of Labour may apply. After an appropriate and reasonable settling period your performance will be formally assessed by HR staff, your supervisor and the support person of your choice. Your wage may then be reviewed and an Employment Agreement may be entered into.
